İbrahim Önen
The leading chef behind Zaitun’s culinary journey, İbrahim Önen brings over 35 years of experience to the table. He had the honor of representing Turkey at international fairs around the world through collaborations with the Aegean Exporters’ Association. Chef Önen also contributed to the creation of several high-end restaurants in Dubai, leaving his mark on the city’s international culinary scene. Today, he shares the unique flavors he masterfully crafts with his guests at Zaitun.
